12. General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by ph2227 of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without ph2227's prior written consent. ph2227 may assign this Agreement to any successor or affiliate without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of specific transactions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ph2227 regarding the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
